Payment and confirmation

Full payment is required to submit an order. Photography and capture assignments remain pending until approved by Next Play Media PNW and accepted by an assigned creator. If Next Play declines or cannot staff a paid assignment, the payment will be refunded.

Refunds

Confirmed purchases are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued if a confirmed Next Play photographer fails to appear or Next Play cannot provide the purchased service. Customer cancellations, schedule changes and weather interruptions do not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

Turnaround

Graphics: 3–5 business days. Videos and photography galleries: 5–7 business days. Timelines begin after all required assets and information are received. Rush service adds 50% and is subject to approval.

Revisions

One revision is included. Additional graphic revisions are $50. Additional video revisions are $125. A revision adjusts the approved concept; a new direction may require a custom quote.

Files and privacy

Raw and unedited files are not included. Customer uploads are private and delivered with expiring access links. Uploaded source files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after final delivery unless retention is legally required or separately authorized.

Minors and image permission

The submitting adult confirms they are the parent, guardian or otherwise authorized to provide the images and grant permission for their use in the purchased work. Next Play creators may not privately contact, transport or remain alone with minors.
